ABOUT DR. RAGOTHAMAN ARJUNAN

I am Dr. Ragothaman Arjunan, an Automotive R&D Leader, Researcher, Author, and Keynote Speaker with over 25 years of experience in automotive product development and vehicle engineering.
Born in Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District, Tamil Nadu, my roots have shaped my values, perspectives, and passion for engineering, innovation, and knowledge sharing.
Throughout my professional journey, I have gained extensive experience in Vehicle Architecture, Vehicle Engineering, Product Development, Powertrain Technologies, ICE, LNG, BEV, Smart Mobility, and Sustainable Transportation. My work focuses on developing practical, innovative, and sustainable solutions for the future of mobility.
My academic journey includes a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering, M.E. in Computer-Aided Design, MBA in Project Management, and Ph.D. in Composite Materials, along with a Post-Doctoral Fellowship in Smart Mobility.
I am passionate about transforming ideas into meaningful innovation and sharing knowledge with professionals, students, researchers, and aspiring innovators. Through my professional work, research, publications, books, and keynote engagements, I strive to contribute to a better and brighter future through engineering and innovation.
